SILVER GHOST – SHIPPING POLICY

At Silver Ghost, we work hard to make sure your gear arrives quickly, safely, and ready for your next adventure. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Orders
• Standard International: 7–14 business days
• Express International: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.

Silver Ghost is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Silver Ghost is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may request a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Include your order number and photos of the item/package (if damaged)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
